Crane Currency is hiring a Part-time Quality Inspection & Material Handler Contractor to work 30 hours a week on 2nd shift in Nashua, NH. We manufacture the advanced security features used in U.S. currency and banknotes around the world.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous manufacturing machine experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, write, keep neat and accurate records, and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Lifting requirement of 35 pounds.
• Applicants must be U.S. Citizens and will need to demonstrate Suitability for employment in a Position of Public Trust consistent with our U.S. Government contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand specifications for product construction and defect terminology.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Perform quality control tests and advise production supervisor and quality personnel of non-conformance.
• Keep neat and accurate records applicable to the function.
• Material handling of products in process.
• Deliver, remove & store finished products and/or raw materials.
• Perform Inventory Cycle Counts or Physical Inventories.
• Packaging and preparing products.

Pay & Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Part-time schedule between the hours of 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (30 hours a week)
• $22.50/hr + 15% shift differential ($25.87/hr)
• Monday – Friday
