Job summary

Crane Currency in Nashua, NH is hiring experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators (Press Operators, Production Operators, and Machine Technicians) to join our Operations team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will operate and monitor production equipment, set up and troubleshoot, and ensure quality.

We offer base pay $24-$29 per hour with 15% or 20% shift differentials, training on advanced equipment, and long-term stability with a historic global manufacturer. Applicants must be U.S.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Crane Currency is hiring experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators (Press Operators, Production Operators, and Machine Technicians) to join our Operations team in Nashua, NH on 2nd and 3rd shift.

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, presses, and production machinery

Important note: This role starts through a trusted agency partner while Public Trust clearance is completed. After clearance, training, and meeting performance expectations, you’ll be considered for permanent employment with Crane Currency.

Shift schedules

• 2nd: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM (MonFri)
• 3rd: 10:00 PM 6:00 AM (MonFri)

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Production Operator, Press Operator, Printing Press Operator, Equipment Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician, CNC Operator, Converting Operator, Extrusion Operator, Slitter Operator, or similar technical manufacturing role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience operating, monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Comfortable working with computer-based production and inspection systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable, safety-focused team player
• U.S. Citizen able to meet Public Trust requirements
