Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience with social media, media writing, and photo/video editing preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Print & Digital Design: flyers, posters, brochures, digital ads, email graphics, and social media assets.
• Event & Community Initiatives Graphics: signage, banners, A-frames, and promotional materials.
• Merchandise & Apparel: design T-shirts, stickers, branded merchandise, and promotional graphics.
• Production & Prepress: prepare production-ready artwork meeting vendor specs.
• Brand Consistency & Asset Management: maintain Fargo Park District identity standards and templates.
• Collaboration & Support: work with Brand & Creative Specialist and Marketing team.
• Photography Assistance: assist with photography and basic image editing.
