Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, or related field (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years of related professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design work across print and digital.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
• Understanding of marketing and communication principles.
• Preferred: Webflow or other CMS.
• Experience coordinating marketing and fundraising projects.
• Experience with print vendors, signage, or environmental design.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management for marketing, communications, and fundraising initiatives, coordinating timelines and deliverables.
• Design and produce marketing assets for campaigns, events, and fundraising across print, digital, and environmental materials.
• Manage signage and artwork installations, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Advancement Director and Marketing Specialist to develop creative assets.
• Edit, format, and proofread content for accuracy.
• Capture photos/videos to support storytelling and marketing.
• Interview shelter guests, staff, donors, and partners for content.
• Support hands-on marketing across departments ensuring on-brand messaging.
