Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking teammates to help shape in-store experiences by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. In this role you will connect shoppers with products and explain features, pricing, and promotions while delivering friendly, energetic service.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; the position offers competitive wages at 15.00 per hour and scheduling 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
