Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking friendly, energetic team members to support live events and product sampling at retail locations in Texas.

You will interact with customers, demonstrate products, and help drive sales while maintaining safety and great customer service. No prior experience required; training provided; 2–3 shifts/week including weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work 2–3 shifts per week including weekends.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
