Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for positions that involve engaging customers with live events and sampling in retail settings. You will be part of a team that brings brands to life where customers shop.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided. Expect 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, with the possibility of extra hours. You should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours while maintaining safety in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Perform duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently, yet show teamwork skills.
