Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring in Franklin, WI to drive sales by engaging customers through live events and in-store sampling. No prior experience is required as training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within the company.

You will interact with customers, manage brand activations, and uphold safety standards while working 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends. Transportation to the location is expected, with benefits customized to your needs.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
