Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members to help shape shopping experiences through live events and in-store sampling. You will engage customers, represent brands, and provide excellent service while working 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends.

No prior experience required; training and team support are provided. Competitive wages start at $15.50 per hour with opportunities for additional hours and benefits options to fit your needs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work 2–3 shifts per week.
• Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
