Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team members in Tampa to enhance customer experiences through live events and product sampling at retailers. You will engage shoppers, demonstrate brands, and support daily store operations.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing team support to help you succeed, with flexibility for 2–3 shifts weekly and room for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Safety-conscious in a retail environment.

• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
