Job summary

CDS (Club Demonstration Services) seeks teammates to assist with shaping shopping experiences by delivering live events and product sampling at retail locations where customers live and shop. Join a vast Advantage Solutions network and help brands come to life in-store.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with growth opportunities from within. Expect 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends, and a customizable benefits package.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Perform duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
• Have reliable transportation to work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with bias for action and results.
• Work independently yet collaborate effectively with a team.

• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
