CDS (Club Demonstration Services) is seeking a friendly retail associate to drive engagement during live sampling events and to bring brands to life at locations where customers shop. You will interact with customers, promote products, and help lift sales in store environments.

We offer training, flexible 2–3 shifts per week including weekends, and benefits you can tailor to your needs, with opportunities for growth within Advantage Solutions. Prior experience is not required.

Competenze

• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Willing to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor required.

Mansioni

• Engage customers and promote brands during live events and sampling sessions.
• Help drive sales by informing customers about products and offers.
• Maintain event area, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support team members.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
