Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, energetic team member to help shape the shopper experience by delivering live events and product sampling where customers shop. You will engage customers, promote brands, and provide outstanding service in a retail setting.

This role offers a starting wage of $18.25 per hour, flexible weekend shifts, and training with growth opportunities within a company that promotes from within. You’ll join a supportive team with benefits and perks.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
