Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time team member to drive sales through engaging customers with live events and product sampling in retail locations. The role requires a friendly, energetic approach, weekend availability, and the ability to stand for extended periods while helping prepare and maintain work areas.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and associates discounts.

Qualifications

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
