Advantage Solutions is hiring for a part-time role in Fort Wayne, Indiana, offering hands-on event-based sales and product sampling to customers in their community. The position emphasizes friendly customer engagement, reliability, and the ability to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

You will join a team that supports training, safety-conscious practices, and a flexible schedule, with opportunities for skill growth and advancement in a retail environment.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hoursPerform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
