Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, energetic Sales Associate to drive in-store brand experiences in Brookhaven, GA. You’ll engage customers, demonstrate products, and support sampling events right where people shop.

No experience required — we provide training, flexible 2–3 shifts per week including weekends, and opportunities for advancement. You’ll need physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
