Advantage Solutions in Farragut, TN is seeking energetic team members to support live events and product sampling, engaging customers where they shop and helping brands come to life.

No prior experience required; training provided. Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours. Availability for 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends, with flexible scheduling.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
