Job summary

Advantage Solutions in California Buellton is seeking a part-time retail ambassador to drive sales by engaging shoppers through food and beverage sampling. You will connect customers with new products and provide friendly service in-store.

The role requires 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods, and reliable transportation. Training is provided, and benefits are available through the company.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You are 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
