Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking individuals to drive sales by engaging customers with food and beverage sampling in a retail setting. You will connect with shoppers, introduce new products, and provide friendly service to customers and management.

This role requires 18+ with 2–3 shifts weekly, including weekends, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for several hours. We offer competitive wages of $14.50 per hour, training, and customizable benefits to fit your family’s needs, such as

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
