Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for a retail sampling role in Santa Rosa, CA. You will engage customers with food and beverage sampling to drive sales and introduce new products, while delivering friendly, helpful service.

This position requires 18+ years old, weekend availability, and the ability to handle light lifting in a fast-paced retail setting. Training is provided and growth opportunities exist within the company.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing up to 6 hours.
• Able to prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients and team members.
• Self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
