Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Newton, KS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling and introducing them to new products. You’ll connect with shoppers and support store teams to create a positive shopping experience.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and team support. Expect 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends, with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for several hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Friendly, enthusiastic customer interaction with management and clients.
