Job summary

Advantage Solutions in Lafayette, LA is seeking friendly individuals to drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. You’ll connect shoppers with new products in a dynamic retail setting.

No prior experience is required; training provided. You’ll work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, with opportunities for growth. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and Associate Perks discounts.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older and able to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours as needed.
• Prepare, cook and clean work area and equipment.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner


• You're 18 years or older


• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends


• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours


• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment


• Have reliable transportation to and from work location


• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members


• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results


• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills


• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
