Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a retail brand ambassador to drive sales through food and beverage sampling in-store. You will connect shoppers with new products and represent our brands with enthusiasm and professionalism.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; must be 18+, available 2–3 shifts weekly including weekends, lift up to 50 lbs, and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation is needed.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
