Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a team member to drive in-store sales by engaging shoppers through food and beverage sampling. This entry-level role offers training, flexible hours, and growth opportunities within a large network.

You will interact with customers and store management in a friendly, energetic manner, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for several hours, and represent brands with professional service.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
