Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking team-oriented individuals to help shape the future of shopper experiences. You will engage customers through food and beverage sampling and connect them with new products in a dynamic retail environment.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and team support are provided; retention and growth opportunities exist as the company promotes from within. You must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
