Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a friendly, motivated teammate in Crawfordsville, Indiana to help shape shopping experiences through in-store sampling and customer engagement. No prior experience required as training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the company.

You will interact with customers and management in a lively retail environment, work 2-3 shifts per week (including weekends), and contribute to a team that delivers quality service and memorable product experiences.

In this position, you'll drive sales by engaging customers through food and beverage sampling. This dynamic role in retail provides an opportunity to connect with shoppers and introduce them to new products.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
