Job summary

Food Lion in Concord, NC is seeking a Produce Department Associate to deliver fast, friendly customer service while maintaining fresh, properly displayed produce and adhering to standard practices.

You will unload trucks, assist with ordering, receiving, preparation and display of merchandise, and use ACIS/CAO tools per policy. You must follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines, complete CBT and training modules, and contribute to a safe, efficient shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate customer service in the Produce Department.

• Complete Computer Based Training (CBT) and training courses.
