This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to Take Excellent Care Of Our Customers by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. This requires product knowledge, food preparation skills, sales ability, customer relations skills, and cooperation with fellow associates to create an Incredible Place To Work and Shop.
Responsibilities include processing, packaging, and stocking produce according to standards, cleaning work areas, providing customer service, unloading stock, and reloading salvage. When assigned, perform duties of floral clerk.

Personal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, willingness to participate in and complete required training, and teamwork to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 months related experience/training, or equivalent.
Language Skills: Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and communication in English; effective in small group and one-on-one presentations.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers, handle units of money and weight.
Reasoning Ability: Apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed or simple instructions, solve problems with concrete variables.
Certificates and Licenses: Complete company training including orientation, food sanitation, safety, and product knowledge.
Physical Demands: Regularly stand, walk, handle, reach, talk, hear, and smell; occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch; lift/move up to 60 pounds; reach from 6-72 inches; specific vision abilities required.
Work Environment: Constantly work in a cool environment (55-60°F), frequently exposed to wet/humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and cold; noise level moderate to loud.
