Job summary

The GIANT Company is a large regional grocer focused on fresh foods, value, and service. This role supports store operations by checking inventory, removing expired items, loading pallets into coolers, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive displays to help customers find what they need quickly.

As part of our team you’ll help keep product displays organized, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for our neighbors across our communities.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand to perform duties and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements for this position.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
• Must have and maintain valid specialty licenses, certificates, or permits required for the position

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift and prepare PPE, equipment, and supplies.
• Follow directions and expectations of department leadership.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
