Purpose Brands 414 is seeking a Processing Team Member in Fayetteville, Arkansas to assist in processing donations, pricing, tagging, and curating weekly collections for the store and events.

This part-time role offers 20-28 hours per week, including up to three Saturdays per month, with duties extending to occasional sales floor support.

You will uphold pricing guidelines, maintain a clean processing area, and collaborate with volunteers and staff to advance the mission of PB414.

Qualifications

• Experience in cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) systems preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including volunteers and donors.

• Dependable transportation to and from shifts.
• Must have reliable access to communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing donations: sorting, steaming, pricing, tagging, curating weekly collections for the store and events.
• Uphold the Pricing Guideline to support store goals.
• Welcome and assist donors at the back door.
• Assist in directing volunteers in the processing room, ensuring they feel valued and equipped for their tasks.
• Maintain processing room cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and operational policies.
• Occasionally assist on the sales floor as needed, always maintaining a spirit of teamwork and support.
