Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college or university required.
• Academic or professional doctorate (PhD, DSc, DPT) preferred.
• Advanced Board Specialty Certification preferred; must hold Arizona licensure; BLS certification required upon hire and valid for 90 days or greater from start date.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and re-evaluates patients; develops a plan of care with evidence-based treatment.
• Works with patient, family, and physician-led team; documents care and appropriate billing.
• Engages in research, education and quality initiatives; pursues professional growth.
