Job summary

Harbor Healthcare System is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a part-time, per-visit Home Health role in the Houston area. The position operates under the direction of an RN.

Requirements include Texas CNA license, 2+ years home health experience preferred, and strong communication. Must have reliable transportation for travel between patient homes. Hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, with on-call and weekend rotation as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed CNA in the State of Texas is required.
• 1+ years experience as a CNA preferred.
• At least 2 years of Home Health experience required.
