Qualifications

• Must have ability to perform basic arithmetic, understand measurements and follow written and oral instructions.
• No experience required. A willingness to learn is needed.
• Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate resident needs.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents.
• Set up trays and serve regular meals and special requests.
• Deliver meals and assist with dining room service.
• Maintain safety and sanitary conditions, including cleaning tables and utensils.
• Follow dietary guidelines and approved menus for individual residents.
