NeueHealth seeks a qualified Primary Care Physician (MD or DO) to join our Tampa-area network on a part-time basis, working at Gunn Highway and Riverview locations.

The role supports flexible schedules with a focus on comprehensive outpatient primary care in a patient-centered environment. In-person work at two sites is required, 24 hours per week, with emphasis on preventive care and chronic disease management.

Qualifications

• Florida medical license is required.
• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• Minimum 3+ years in primary care with value-based care experience.
• Knowledge of HCC/RAF, quality metrics (HEDIS, Stars) and risk-adjusted payment models.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality primary care in a two-location setting (Gunn Highway and Riverview).
• Conduct evaluations, formulate care plans, manage acute and long-term needs.
• Collaborate with care teams and specialists for coordinated care.
• Effectively use EMR systems for documentation and compliance with value-based programs.
• Engage patients in shared decision-making and education on prevention and self-management.
• Monitor outcomes and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with Family/Internal Medicine and population health trends.
