Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Active Florida Medical License or ability to obtain one.
• Primary Care experience preferred.
• Value-Based Care or Medicare Advantage experience is a plus.
• No ACN Physicians.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient primary care duties with no hospital rounding, nights, weekends or on-call responsibilities.
• Provide preventive care and chronic disease management within a Medicare Advantage population.
• Coordinate care with APPs, care coordinators, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
