Qualifications

• Must have MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Licensed Primary Care Physician in the practicing state.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field preferred.
• One year of experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• CPR current if applicable.
• TB screening/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Health certificate per contract/state regulation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Complies with professional standards of practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients.
• Perform routine examinations, diagnostic testing, assessments and screenings.
• Prescribe treatments and educate patients and families on health conditions and options.
• Collaborate with advanced practitioners per state/facility requirements.
