Qualifications

• Current nursing license in Illinois.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience or recent graduate within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using evidenced-based practice to ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications following the six rights and tailor to patient condition.
• Assess patient data, plan and update the care plan with education.
• Educate patient and family; involve them in care planning.
• Participate in quality improvement and governance activities.
