Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is hiring a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide on-site care for residents in long-term care facilities in Clinton, OK. This part-time role focuses on meaningful patient relationships and collaborative care.

The ideal candidate will hold an active NP or PA license, have Oklahoma licensure in good standing, and at least 6 months in long-term care. Strong communication and a passion for elder care are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• State-specific license in good standing in Oklahoma.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Strong communication, clinical, and critical thinking skills.
• Passion for elder care and person-centered healthcare.
• Prolonged standing/walking; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs; computer work.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care services to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
• Perform physical exams and medical history assessments.
• Diagnose and treat chronic and acute health conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Educate patients and families about treatment options and care goals.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents.
