UNFI is seeking a part-time Pricing team member for Cub Lakeville North, located in Lakeville, Minnesota. You will support pricing changes, ensure correct item pricing, and assist customers with courteous service. The role requires varied shifts, including weekends, with eligibility for union benefits and weekly pay.

The position emphasizes accurate pricing, smooth front-end procedures, and friendly customer interactions to maintain high store standards and positive shopper experiences.

Job Overview

Cub Lakeville North off W. 179th St. is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part-time Pricing position! Pricing team members at Cub implement price changes as directed and follows front end checkout procedures in all transactions, maintaining positive customer relations, and expedient processing of all orders. This position requires on-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous, and accurate service!

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers and ensure proper service levels and courtesy from all associates
• Ensure properly handling of all forms of tender and coupons
• Ensure new items are priced accurately
• Coordinate and conduct price changes
• Coordinate and performs proper signage
• Resolve pricing discrepancies

Job Requirements

• Equipment operation (scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.).
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Memorization, reading, writing and math.
• The position requires on-going customer interaction, providing prompt, courteous and accurate service.
• Good judgment is required for this position as there may be times when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
• Have the ability to understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions; write identifying information; request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Must be able to work shifts varying in length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age and older.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Walking on uneven ground
• Reaching, bending, turning, repetitive motions

UNFI anticipates paying the above-referenced pay rate (or within the above-referenced pay range) for this position. Actual Pay, where applicable, will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, training, and any requirements under applicable collective bargaining agreements.
