The North Penn YMCA in Lansdale, PA is hiring Pre-K Teachers for our Lansdale Area Family YMCA Preschool program. This part-time, hourly role offers $16-$20/hour and involves guiding early learners, planning lessons, and partnering with families.

We require an associate or bachelor's degree in child development or related field, 2 years of early education experience, pediatric first aid/CPR/AED, and strong communication. Benefits include pension, YMCA membership, and program discounts.

Formación

• Requires 2 years of experience in an early care and education setting or 2500 documented hours.
• Pediatric First Aid, CPR, AED certification required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to present.

Responsabilidades

• Greets each child and parent daily and communicates professionally with families, children and staff.
• Supervises the classroom, maintains child/staff ratios, and develops daily lesson plans.
• Ensures compliance with Health Department and PA DPW licensing requirements.
