Pay: $18.00–$25.00/hour (Core: $18–$25 per hour, Additional responsibilities: $18/hour)

Overview

Our play‑based program serves children ages 2–5. We focus on building a strong foundation for learning, social‑emotional development and self‑regulation, while fostering safe and supportive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative, engaging lesson plans rooted in developmentally appropriate practice
• Observe and support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
• Encourage cooperation, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution among peers
• Foster artistic, practical, and critical‑thinking skills through hands‑on activities
• Track developmental progress and communicate daily with families
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
• Collaborate with colleagues and attend weekly/monthly planning meetings
• Complete a minimum of 25 hours of continuing education annually
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and health‑and‑safety standards

Compensation & Schedule
