Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a reliable Preschool Assistant for a part-time schedule (3:00 PM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday) in Boynton Beach. You will support classrooms, assist front office operations, and help run the center smoothly with a positive, customer-friendly approach.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a preschool setting, a DCF 45-hour certificate, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool/childcare setting.
• Experience in a preschool office or administrative environment preferred.
• DCF 45-hour certification required; CDA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classrooms and support daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, engaging environment for children.
• Support the front office with administrative tasks and family needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to families, staff and visitors.
• Assist with transitions, breaks, closing tasks, and daily center needs.
• Demonstrate flexibility and act as a positive role model.
