Job summary

The Learning Experience in Boynton Beach, FL is seeking a reliable Preschool Assistant for a part-time schedule (Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM). You will support classrooms, front office, and daily center operations with a positive, customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in a preschool/childcare setting, DCF 45-hour certification, and strong soft skills. CDA is preferred. Join us to help create a nurturing environment for children and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool/childcare setting.
• Current DCF 45-hour certification required.
• Preschool office or administrative experience preferred.
• CDA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in classrooms and support daily routines.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing environment for children.
• Support front office with administrative tasks and family communication.
• Provide excellent customer service to families, staff, and visitors.
• Assist with transitions, breaks, and closing responsibilities.
• Demonstrate flexibility and team support throughout the day.
• Be a positive role model for children and staff.
• Help maintain center standards and expectations.
