Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a School Psychologist to support preschool students in an onsite, part-time contract near Glenview, IL. You will collaborate with educators to deliver essential psychological services and help young learners reach their full potential.

Qualifications

• Licensed School Psychologist in Illinois is required.
• Experience with preschool populations is preferred.
• Familiarity with school-based assessments and progress monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for preschool students.
• Provide recommendations and consult with teachers, administrators and families to foster a supportive learning environment.
• Develop and implement evidence-based interventions for young learners.
• Participate in eligibility and team meetings ensuring compliance with state/district standards.
• Offer crisis intervention and social-emotional support as needed.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and comply with legal and ethical guidelines.
