Job summary

Farwell Area Schools is seeking a Preschool Paraprofessional and Recess Supervisor for a part-time role (6.25 hours per day, Monday through Thursday). You will support classroom teachers, supervise recess, and help maintain a safe, engaging environment for young learners.

Qualified applicants may obtain Highly Qualified Para-professional status via Substitute teaching status, 90 college credits, or ETS assessments.

Qualifications

• Highly Qualified Para-professional status – can be obtained by Substitute teaching status or 90 college credits; ETS assessments.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and problem solve
• Professional tact with administrators, teachers, students, parents and community
• Ability to work as a member of a professional educational team
• Experience working with at-risk students
• Excellent Attendance and Punctuality
• Ability to pass a federal background check
