Compass Group USA in Mountain View, CA is seeking a part-time Prep Cook to join Bon Appetit Management Company’s team. The role focuses on preparing food, following recipes and production schedules, and serving customers in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a part-time schedule Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a fixed pay rate of $35.71 per hour. Prior prep cooking experience is preferred, and candidates will work with a supportive kitchen team to maintain quality and safety

Qualifications

• Previous prep cooking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items, following HACCP guidelines.
• Takes and prepares orders from customers, serving at multiple stations.
• Completes required documentation and logs as needed.
