Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services at CSU Monterey Bay is hiring for part-time PREP COOK positions. Location: CSU Monterey Bay, Seaside, CA 93955. Schedule: Monday–Sunday, shifts may vary. Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
