Job summary

Tecovas is seeking a Sales Associate to support the store leadership team in delivering an unmatched customer experience for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts.

Greet customers, sell products, handle cash wrap, restock, and keep the floor organized while ensuring premium service. You will assist in product knowledge, loss prevention, and shopkeeping, with weekend availability and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent customer service and ability to deliver a premium shopping experience.
• Weekend, evenings, and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and sell products to meet sales goals.
• Provide product knowledge and assist on the sales floor.
• Handle cash wrap and process transactions accurately.
• Restock, stockroom organization, and shopkeeping.
• Assist in loss prevention and cycle counts as needed.
• Participate in ongoing staff education and share product knowledge.
• Support maintenance of store facilities and cleanliness.
