Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead and develop a workgroup within our warehouse operations. You will drive safety, productivity and attendance, while maintaining high standards for accuracy and customer service.

The role focuses on building strong relationships across staff and management, delivering training, and fostering a proactive, collaborative environment that supports continuous improvement and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kg.
• Flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Develops and maintains relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and local requirements.
• Manages resources to maximize output and accuracy.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented environment and continuous improvement.
• Implements development plans for department personnel.
• Provides orientation, training and coaching for staff.
