Job summary

UPS in Phoenix is seeking a Supervisory role to train and oversee package handlers and clerks in safety, productivity, and daily tasks. You will hold teams to attendance and ensure timecards are submitted accurately.

The position requires strong leadership, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and flexibility for a 5-hour early shift (3 AM–9 AM) five days a week; prior management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving skills with multitasking ability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International Equivalent - Preferred.
